Welcome to my blog.

I am a proud suburbanite living in Burlington, Ontario with my husband and our kindergartener.

Before our daughter was born I was a marketing monkey. Now, I'm a work-at-home mom with a variety of part-time freelance projects. When I can find time, I enjoy a plethora of hobbies that include, but are not limited to: crochet, photography, writing, history, sewing, gardening, baking, travelling, reading, DIY, thrifting, and of course, writing this blog, where I used to chronicle many of these adventures and pursuits. I don't post much these days, but you can still find some of my old DIY projects and recipes here.
