A few weeks ago, Jeremy dared to ask the question: can you brulee a crushed candy cane? The question had been posed while I bludgeoned a bag of sweets to top last month’s candy cane bark.
This week I made a batch of custard and he went to work with the torch.
It turns out you can and it was awesome.
