Kale Chips are Awesome. Who knew?

Here’s how it’s done:

1 head of kale
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Sea Salt

Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F.

Remove the stems and ribs from the kale and tear into 2 inch pieces. Spread the leaves on a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil and salt. Bake for about 40 minutes, turning about halfway through.
